Services
ZAMAN IT provides website, software, digital marketing, AI automation and security solutions as described on this website. Exact scope, timelines and deliverables for any project are defined in a separate written quote or agreement signed by both parties.
Payments
Project payments follow the milestone schedule agreed in your project quote, typically an advance payment before work begins, with remaining balances due at agreed milestones or on completion.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final custom deliverables (such as website code or custom software) built specifically for them, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. ZAMAN IT retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests confidentiality in writing.
Limitation of Liability
ZAMAN IT will make reasonable efforts to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered software or systems, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
